I can never understand the reason of friends being apart and acting like they never knew each other at all; I can never understand the complexity risen after reaching quite a distance;
I can never understand the reason of ending with nothing after having been together for so long!
I can never, never understand the reasons...
How can frens be drifted away? How can a simple reason be the reason to end all that they once shared? I can never figure out the reasons behind the distances that crop up and the emptiness it causes in them, making them the memories they once together lived.
It's 1.00AM now and I truly cannot stop myself from drifting away into the pleasant memories of all those who ever touched my life even once. There is breeze outside and it's chilling inside tonight as I lie down, in those memories. Even Google doesn't reason out this phenomena, of how friends forget each other as time goes by.
I know, Time changes, so do we; Life changes, so do people around us. But is it fair to erase all those memories of when we were together? Is it good to forge our life in new situation so much that we do not get enough time to think about the past and about the people whom we were together with?
I wonder.....
Is it time that separates friends? Or is it our mental blocks that don't let us look back?
Is it the rising changes of life that drift us away? Or Is it others who take our place in the heart of our friends? What is it truth?
This topic will always be an enigma, atleast to me! I realize that at times, things happen, which dont have reasons or justifications. They are just meant to be. The roles of the two must have finished in the lives of each other.
Before I close this, I would love to say, I remember all my friends, all the people I met for smallest of the reasons. But I do remember everyone; Something that cant be proved & i dont want to take a chance either. My life would not be same without you all. I am very grateful and thankful to all for being "A Part of my life". Though we may not talk often,or the paths of our lives may never cross again. But, I will always miss u...
P.S:
To all those people who are a part of my life today or were someday, for any and every reason:
* Thank you for all the time i did mistakes but didnt have to say sorry.
* Thank you for the smile I get when I think of days with you all!
* Thank you for all the memories, and the brilliant childhood we once shared together.
"Thank you for being a part of my life, MY FRIEND!"

Buy Books to Read, Understand & Implement. Not to make an artistic display out of them.
Author: Bharath JN, IIPM, Bangalore.
I see a lot of my friends who buy books with the intention of reading it. Commendable, hats off to you people, because we can find only a handful of them in today’s world. But fortunately or unfortunately there motive of buying books majority times would be just because his/her friends own it. On the other hand, I don’t deny the fact that other half who really read them. But my only question to them would be are you really applying those things in your real life when the situation demands it.
The point that I’m trying to make here is not that whether you read books or not, it’s that please cultivate the habit of purchasing books ( it’s a better expense than movie), then sincerely spend some time reading it ( 15mins everyday at least) and start applying whatever you read in your real life situations. This makes life more interesting & meaningful.
But sometimes we tend to do this, just because my friend or relative has bought a new book, we feel we should also buy that without even giving a thought whether we are going to read it or not and ultimately never read it. Then what happens, these books just goes to our collection and we display it in our book rack’s which finally leads to mere show-off and nothing else.
So my very strong message to all the readers would be to master the art of reading & teach the same to all your friends, colleagues & relatives.
Don’t forget “Readers are Leaders, Leaders are Readers”
3 nice quotes about books: Remember them very strongly,
*There is no friend as loyal as a book. ~Ernest Hemingway
*There is no such thing as a moral or an immoral book. Books are well written, or badly written.
~ Oscar Wilde
*If one cannot enjoy reading a book over and over again, there is no use in reading it at all.
~Oscar Wilde

Do not worry if your customers dont understand you, Worry if you do not understand them!
Folks, as we bring to you this season of ideas for greater business, sales & growth, we bring the first keynote point for an entrepreneur's success & that is "Understanding the customer". You need to know your market & understand your customers, clients & market.
There are times when you face situations where you realise, despite your beautiful ads, presentations & tremendous hardwork on the coming up with your products, your clients/customers are just not able to understand what you are trying to give them & why exactly. It is not the point to really worry about, Majority of the times this is the case. Like you know, what are the chemicals in your toothpaste & what is the quantity in which you need them in, like you know what is the cotton percentage in your towel to ensure a dry body, like you know what ink is made of, like you know which wood pulp is used to manufacture the paper you are writing on.. etc. You just care about the utility, aesthetics & the pricing.
Keep it simple, know the problem of your customer, address it through your product & exactly what does your customer want alongwith/besides your product. Understand the customer that he doesnt understand the sophistications of your product but understands his own needs for your product. Your presentation should be solution centric & hence you should be crystal clear in what problems of your customer you are addressing. You also need to be crystal clear about what you are selling besides being very clear why you are selling. But you neednt explain your client every sophistication of your prodcut - Just understand his issue & address it through your product & under promise over deliver, with few features that he expects but never asked from this product of yours.
This shall multiply your sales, & that is exactly what you are looking for. We understand your need. While we addressed that through this blog. We also have understood, you are true reader & love reading. So we promise to under promise over deliver, with more blogs, to help your business grow!!!

It is important that you spend time towards getting "Organized!"
As an entrepreneur, the strongest pain to you can be not being organised. The result of it would be not achieving your objectives & reaching somewhere instead of THERE.
As an entrepreneur, we understand you have very specific goals & visions. But as the time goes by, one gets entangled in day-to-day affairs of business & tends to shift & drifted from the visions & goals he set off with. The pace is lost or rather sometimes not kept a track of. Under all such circumstances It is important you come to terms with yourself & realise before you lose further time, re-organise yourself & set yourself back on track.
Few tips we would give you to organise yourself would be:
1. Plan your objectives very clearly at the onset of your venture. Be very clear how much output you expect, How much input you would be giving, what manpower it requires, what are the different divisions & sections of your work, How much staff you would need for what type of work, what is the end goal, the work culture etc.
2. Stick to your objectives by verifying your present schedules, input, output etc. by tallying with that listed down previously.
3. It is important that you list down your daily investment of time, money or in sum total resources into departments. Which you provide you with statistics for comparision with the standard that you had set while setting your objectives.
4. There are times when a number of tasks urgent but unimportant tasks might take your time, refill that time slot with extra miles, or keep a buffere while planning itself.
5. There are high chances that you might be having to just delay few tasks without taking much notice, to a time, when you would be more equipped to handle, the same time can be used now, to achieve present objectives.
The thumbrule is - Keeping standard look-up tables to compare your performance at regular intervals (in all dimensions - timing, task, accomplishment, to-do lists etc) is the key to success. It is the best way in getting yourself organised & hence the key to success!
